Guided by a deep personal healing journey through trauma and self-discovery over the past ten years, my path as an integrative health and wellness guide, Certified Yoga Alliance 200-hour yoga and meditation teacher, sound therapy facilitator, and practitioner of sacred earth medicine has been transformative and empowering.
